DESTINATION MANAGEMENT COMPANIES (DMC): companies with extensive local knowledge, expertise and resources, specialising in the design and implementation of events, activities, tours, transportation and programme logistics. DMCs provide ground services based on local knowledge of their given destinations, including transportation, accommodation, restaurants, activities, excursions, conference venues, themed events and gala dinners, as well as helping with overcoming any language barriers. Many DMCs are also able to provide preferential rates based on the buying power they have with their preferred suppliers.

PROFESSIONAL CONFERENCE ORGANISERS (PCO): companies who specialise in the organisation and administration of conferences, often acting as a consultant to the conference contact or organising committee, and using the experience and knowledge it has gained over many years organising events to help you achieve success with yours.

VENUES: unusual or specialist venues for events, receptions and gala dinners.
