| Algarve Promotion Bureau |
The Algarve Promotion Bureau is a non-profit-making organisation whose purpose is to promote all forms of tourism in the Algarve to the international market.
It has a dedicated division covering the MICE sector (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) and is based in Faro.
The Algarve Promotion Bureau has established partnerships in both the public and private sectors within the Algarve, and works closely with a range of suppliers to co-ordinate marketing and promotional activities.
In addition to its specialist MICE website - www.algarveconvention.com - it produces a range of promotional material, co-ordinates media activity, and organises regular inspection trips, designed to convince organisers of the merits of bringing their events to the Algarve.
Members of the Algarve Promotion Bureau include hotels, meeting and banqueting venues, destination management companies, professional conference organisers, and conference and exhibition service providers. |
